We are starting to book West Rangá for 2022

Stefán and I have been planning fishing tours for over 20 years.   In our early days, Stefán used to be the camp manager of West Rangá and for a decade we planned fishing tours for guests from all over the world to the river.  I learned how to fly fish in this beautiful river.   So it is safe to say that West Rangá holds a special place in our hearts.   

It is with pride and joy that we take over the whole operation for the 2022 season.  We will be running both West Rangá (18 rods) and West bank of Hólsá river (4 rods). 

West Rangá is one of the best salmon rivers in Iceland,  and we are proud to have this magnificent river as the centerpiece of our company.   There is no need for dramatic changes, we will give the lodge a facelift and make it cozier and we will extend the main part of the river down to Straumey beat as we know many have missed fishing there.
