Spring fishing and stalking in Scotland

As you can imagine we enjoy the outdoors and a part of Harpa and Stefans’ year has been visiting Scotland in the spring for more years than either of them remember.

“We live in a land filled with rivers and usually the fishing is much more productive in Iceland than Scotland” Harpa says.   “But I think you can not help but fall in love with the Scottish highlands, it is astonishingly beautiful, full of history and traditions that go back decades.”

“For the recent years we have fished at Ballogie beat and stayed at Potarch lodge and after having tried many different locations, I think this is the best combination.  The lodge is great, fishing is good, stalking great and there are very professional guides and stalkers working at the Ballogie state.”

“This year we have set up a couples tour from April 29 – May 3 and there are two places available, please call me or send me an email if you like to know more and even join us.

“I think it is a wonderful combination to stay in the highlands for stalking and fishing with very good guides who know every bit of their land. “
