Harpa and Johanna were very quick to respond to initial reach out and kept communications open right up until the day of the trip, then followed up after. I was looking for an easy day trip out of Reykjavik with my 11 year old son and they picked a good spot for us and selected a guide that was good with kids. The guide picked us up at 7.30 am on the dot as planned and provided all the equipment we needed for the day including waders. Oh yeah, we saw and caught fish too
